How long does it take to receive my delivery?

We guarantee a 1 -hour delivery window for orders placed before 8 pm in Nairobi, next-day delivery for orders placed after 9 pm, and delivery within 24-48 hours for areas outside of Nairobi. Orders outside of Nairobi are delivered through a logistics partner Fargo Courier.

How do I pay?

We accept payments through M-Pesa direct and all major cards. Debit and credit cards are processed using Pesapal.

How much does delivery cost?

We have a standard flat rate of delivery at Ksh 350. We provide FREE DELIVERY for orders above Kshs 6,000 within Nairobi.  Orders outside of Nairobi will attract delivery charges, which will be calculated based on the cart size and your location. Orders outside of Nairobi are delivered through a logistics partner Fargo Courier.

Do you deliver outside Nairobi?

We deliver throughout Kenya via Fargo Courier. Orders received by 12 noon are usually delivered the next day. Transportation cost is automatically calculated at checkout for all orders outside Nairobi.

At what times can I place an order?

You may place your order at any time on our website. Deliveries are done every day of the week throughout the year (except on the 25th of December)
