NOSE Delicate attack, bringing fruity notes of raspberry, strawberry jelly and rose water
to the nose, together with aromatic hints of sage and oregano.
PALATE On the palate it is soft but still offers freshness and flavor, present but well integrated.
Rather persistent on nuances reminiscent of the nose.
Ideal for an aperitif but also with pizza, supplì, and arancini. Try it with mortadella
and serve it at 6-8 °C.
